SWEAT is a program written by a Level 1 Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist aimed at maximizing the body’s ability to change and minimizing the risk of injury. These workouts are based on the best research in the strength and conditioning field.  The point is to create muscle confusion to maximize your results! Also so you don’t get bored by the same workouts everyday.

CALLING ALL ATHLETES!

 We're looking for all Male and Female athletes 13+ Are you looking to get stronger, faster and MORE EXPLOSIVE? Join our 6 week (2x a week) program OR 3x a week option starting June, 25th! 

Workouts will consist of: Pre/mid/post assesments (40 yard dash, vertical jump, broad jump, and much more). Join Tim Sestito (former NHL player) who is a certified trainer at SWEAT CNY. Tim will focus on proven, tested techniques that are guaranteed to help reduce injury, improve coordination, confidence, reacation, speed, agility, quickness, explosiveness & strength. Amazing gains in just 6 WEEKS.

Starting May 21st through June 17th participants will have access to UNLIMITED CLASSES // 7 DAYS A WEEK, a private Facebook Group with nutritional guidance, at home workouts, motivation and MUCH MORE!
